Hi, I’m Ryan Frankowski, but my friends call me Franko.
I’m a design-driven REALTOR® with Howard Hanna in Shadyside, Pittsburgh, blending strategy, design, and storytelling to create listings that stand out and sell.
With nearly 20 years in property management, a background in HVAC sales engineering, and a degree in industrial engineering, I understand both how homes function and how deals get done.
My creative background in interior design, modeling, and production design, with experience in NYC, LA, Milan, and projects across Hong Kong, Tulum, and Europe, shapes how I position and market every home.
I’m also the host of “Mocktails Or Messy” podcast and openly share my sobriety journey. I’ve been 100% sober since January 1, 2024, and now offer sober-curious coaching along with a digital Sober Social Starter Kit to help others navigate social life with confidence.
